Monitoring of water quality and sediment parameters is required to evaluate potential environmental impacts of coastal and offshore developments and activities. CLS Southern Africa’s staff have extensive experience in developing and executing large or small-scale field sampling campaigns with industry standard methodologies which serves as an important component of CLS Southern Africa’s survey, data acquisition, analysis and consultancy services. Methods include water samples, water column profiling, sediment and biological surveys. All collected water and sediment samples are analysed with SANAS accredited labs, and biological samples are analysed by specialist biologists.
